Egyptian stocks have returned to the green after two days in the doldrums, the benchmark EGX30 climbing 2.46 per cent to close Tuesday at 5,141.8 points.
The broader EGX70 did better yet, surging 3.21 per cent.
Market turnover was around LE702.3 million, with trade clustered around Orascom Construction Industries, the Commercial International Bank and Orascom Telecom Media Technology.
