Egypt auctions EGP 21 bln T-bills, bonds

The Ministry of Finance auctioned treasury bills and bonds at a total value of EGP 21 billion.

In a statement released Thursday, the ministry said it sold 182-day T-bills worth EGP 10 billion with average yield of 12.547%, adding it accepted bids at rates between 12.581% and 12.5%.

Also, 364-day T-bills worth EGP 11 billion were sold, with average yield of 12.51%, It also said, adding that it accepted bids at rates between 12.52% and 12.2%.
