Egypt stocks are trading in the red mid-Tuesday with both the benchmark EGX30 and the broader EGX70 down 0.27 per cent.
The EGX30 is standing just 20 points above the key 5,000-point support level.
Turnover remains extremely low, reaching just LE127 million ($21 million).
