SCZone offers tax incentives for setting up companies

Chairman of the Suez Canal Economic Zone (SCZone) Yehia Zaki said on Tuesday the zone offers many customs and tax incentives and enjoys many legal systems that allow setting up companies operating in different sectors.

Zaki's remarks came during his video-conference meeting with representatives of the Federation of German Industries, Egypt's Ambassador in Berlin Khaled Galal, investors, and officials at the Egyptian German Technical Academy, according to a statement released by SCZone.

The zone's future strategy focuses on studying the local market's needs from industries, including the pharmaceutical industries, automotive feeding industries, and food and electronic industries, he added
