Market Update: Egypt stocks down 1.25 pct by mid-Sunday

Egypt's bourse is trading in the red mid-Sunday, the benchmark EGX30 down 1.25 per cent at 4,956 points.

Shares in the Commercial International Bank are seeing the heaviest trade.

Though its performance has wavered over the last few weeks, Egypt's exchange has been among the world's top-gainers of 2012 with its main index soaring 32 per cent since the beginning of the year.
