Egyptian stocks have bounced back into the green, with the benchmark EGX30 up 1.36 per cent at 5,083 points by the close of Sunday's session.
The broader EGX70 saw a near-identical climb of 1.36 per cent.
Turnover was over LE230 million, with investment bank EFG-Hermes seeing the heaviest trade, followed by Orascom Construction Industries.
The main index slipped 0.33 per cent on Thursday.
