According to the report, the country’s exports during the same period in 2021 amounted to $3 billion.

Cables, car components, household appliances, machinery, and equipment topped the list as per the EEC, which is part of the country's Ministry of Trade and Industry.

The list of export destinations for Egypt over the 11 months was topped by the UK, France and Germany in Europe; Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Kuwait in Asia; Algeria, Morocco and Libya from Africa; and the USA, Argentina and Brazil in other markets.
