Infograph: Egypt scheduled to pay $32.8 bln in debt service in 2024

Egypt is required to pay $32.79 billion in debt service in 2024, according to data released by the Central Bank of Egypt (CBE).

The annual debt service bill is expected to decline to $19.26 billion in 2025 before increasing to $24.88 billion in 2026. Egypt's total debt reached $164.73 billion at the end of June.
