Egypt-based RAYA CX, Zain Saudi Arabia ink deal to enhance customer services in kingdom

The Egypt-based RAYA Customer Experience (RAYA CX) has signed on Monday a strategic partnership contract with Zain Saudi Arabia to provide outsourcing services to the Saudi company inorder to enhance the experience of its customers in the kingdom.

Zain is one of the largest mobile network operators in Saudi Arabia, offering fixed line, mobile telephony, and internet services to millions of customers in the kingdom.

RAYA Customer Experience (RAYA CX) is a subsidiary of the Egypt-based Raya Holding for Financial Investments. 

RAYA services cover 1,000 companies across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa since 2001.

Meanwhile, RAYA CX provides next-generation customer tech-based support on behalf of clients across verticals.

The signing ceremony was attended by Ahmed Refky, the CEO of RAYA CX, Sultan bin Abdulaziz Al-Deghaither, the CEO of Zain Saudi Arabia, and a number of senior officials of the two companies.

“This partnership confirms our strategy in Zain Saudi Arabia, which revolves around providing the best customer experience based on innovative quality services and products supported by our advanced 5G network," said Al-Deghaither.

"Through upgrading the customer experience, as well as providing products and services that meet current and future needs, and proactive and effective customer service, to directly contribute to supporting the digital transformation process in the Kingdom in order to achieve a diversified and sustainable digital economy, and improve the quality of life in accordance with the objectives of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030," he added.
