اللي ع البر عوام
Elli ala el barr awwam
Translation: He who is on dry land is a great swimmer.
Meaning: Easier said than done. This phrase should be used for those who claim to be good at things that they cannot prove. It can also be used for someone who says that a difficult task is in fact simple when they do not have to complete it.
