Senegal edged out Sudan 1-0 last week with a goal from Newcastle forward Demba Ba.
The match with Kenya was delayed by about 40 minutes after a dispute between Kenyan players and officials over allowances for the squad.
Senegal’s players will attend a farewell ceremony with the country’s president on Tuesday before flying to Bata, Equatorial Guinea, on Wednesday.
Senegal plays Zambia on the opening day of the African Cup.
