As part of its strategic and innovative vision in the field of real estate development and its efforts to diversify its real estate portfolio in a number of vital areas in Egypt, Ebny Real Estate Development signed a cooperation protocol with Prime Hospitality Management Group to manage and operate the Prime Residence Heliopolis project in one the vital Thawra Street in Almaza, Heliopolis.
The launch of the Prime Residence Heliopolis project, situated close to a number of main axes in Heliopolis and Cairo Airport and with investments amounting to $10 million, is the second launch of an Ebny project in less than three months in 2024 after the inauguration of the Waves Complex project in May 2024.
In a press conference held on the sidelines of signing the protocol, Dr. Abdallah Kamel, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ebny Real Estate Development, said the Prime Residence Heliopolis project is one of the company’s innovative projects.
The project offers a new idea and service to its customers as part of the company’s plan to provide a different real estate product that provides its residents with the highest levels of quality and the best services.
Dr. Kamel pointed out that the project is a luxurious residential hotel that provides a new and needed service in this vital area, which is near Cairo International Airport and a number of entertainment centers, making it an ideal destination for investment in these types of units.
He explained that this project, with an investment exceeding $ 400 million comes within the framework of offering a number of diverse projects - including residential, administrative, commercial, medical and hotel projects according to the company’s expansion plan.
Dr. Kamel stressed that Ebny’s vision since its launch in the Egyptian market has been based on a basic concept and a clear vision in building unique and sustainable urban projects which are in concert with their surrounding environment.

He pointed out that Prime Hospitality Management Group, per signed protocol, will undertake the hotel management of the project to ensure achieving the highest investment return.

Mr. Islam explained that the project is a luxurious hotel complex with a height of 5 floors on Thawra Street, Almaza - Heliopolis - situated only 3 minutes away from the Baron Palace; 7 minutes from Almaza Mall, Tivoli Dome, and City Stars; and less than 10 minutes from Cairo International Airport.
The project includes a variety of hotel residential units ranging from studios, one-bedroom apartments and two-bedroom apartments with areas from 35 to 95 square meters, under the management of Prime Hotel Management Group.
For his part, Mr. Khaled El Sayyad, Founder and Chairman of Board of Directors of Prime Hotel Management Group, expressed his happiness in cooperation with Ebny Real Estate Development.
