21:16 Egypt's beach volleyball team conceded their third straight defeat after losing to Canada 2-0 (21/12, 21/16).

20:50 Egypt's judoka Ramadan Darwish finishes 7th after loosing by ippon to German Karl-Richard Frey, the 2015 World Championships silver medalist in the repechage of the 100 kg event.
