Ghana coach Avram Grant praised the performance of his team's players after beating DR Congo and reaching the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations semi-finals.
The Black Stars suffered a 1-0 loss to Egypt in the final game of the tournament's group stage, but beat DR Congo 2-1 in the quarter-final on Sunday.
"We corrected mistakes we made and in the second period it was totally different," Grant told reporters after the DR Congo game.
"We played good football. The two goals we scored were fantastic. And when we fell asleep, they (DR Congo) also scored a fantastic goal."
The Black Stars, seeking their first Cup of Nations title since 1982, will play Cameroon on Thursday in Franceville for a finals place.
"I saw the Cameroonians on Saturday and they were very good, a very tough side," Grant said.
"In the group stage they played well and against Senegal they were very impressive. Senegal created more chances but I think Cameroon deserved to win the match," he said.
"The semi-final is going to be tough."
It will be the sixth consecutive semi-finals appearance for the four-time champions Ghana -- runners-up in both 2010 to Egypt and 2015 to the Ivory Coast.
