BuSSy (Arabic for look), regularly hosts storytelling workshops and performances where women have the opportunity to share their stories with each other and the public.

Recently the initiative has been focused on taking their work outside of the centralised Egyptian capital to other cities. In collaboration with Mobaderoon for Culture and Media in Egypt's canal and seaside city of Portsaid, BuSSy are hosting a workshop for women from Portsaid.

Auditions will be held on Sunday 21 December in Mobaderoon's space.

The BuSSy Project has been active since 2006, originating at the American University in Cairo following a performance of the Vagina Monologues by Eve Ensler. In 2010 the group took the initiative outside and have since then held various workshops, performances and interventions in public spaces.
