Paris Hilton will appear in an upcoming episode of popular hidden-camera show Ramez Wakel El-Gaw (“Ramez in Control”), according to a clip posted on MBC Masr 2's official Facebook page.
The programme, which runs each Ramadan with a different theme, sees popular Egyptian actor Ramez Galal trick celebrities in a variety of embarrassing, and sometimes seemingly dangerous, situations.
In the video, Galal walks through a hotel corridor holding a bouquet of roses, and a box of chocolates. The scene is interrupted by snippets showing Hilton screaming hysterically. It's implied that this is Galal’s attempt to apologise to Hilton for the prank.
Galal asks Hilton to read the programme’s name from a piece of paper. After several attempts, Hilton perfects her pronunciation, and tells us “Wait for me in Ramadan with Ramez Wakel El Gaw, Paris Hilton,” to Galal's cheers.
The Islamic month of Ramadan is scheduled to begin on 18 June.
