Well-known Egyptian actress Yasmine Raeis posted a photo on her Instagram account on Monday giving a sneak peek into the set of the new TV show Molouk Al-Gadaana.
In the photo, she is joined by renowned actress Dalal Abdel-Aziz
The show will be aired on MBC.
The series is directed by Ahmed Khaled Moussa, with a script by Abeer Suleiman. It stars Yasmine Raeis, Dalal Abdel-Aziz, Mostafa Shaaban, Amr Saad, Rania Youssef, Ahmed Safwat, and the late star Youssef Shaaban.
Shot in Beirut, Molouk Al-Gadaana marks Raeis's return to television after a decade of focusing on building her remarkable career in cinema. In Molouk Al-Gadaana, Raeis embodies Faten Harfoush, a popular girl who works with her father in a shop selling spices, where she finds herself involved in conflicts that she did not expect.
Raeis, the star of ‘Looking For Umm Kalthoum’, ‘Hepta’, and other well-known cinematic works, has garnered many awards for her role in ‘Factory Girl’, including the best actress award from the Dubai International Film Festival, best actress from the Malmo Arabic Film Festival in Sweden, as well as other local and international awards.
