Netflix's first Arabic film Perfect Strangers premieres in Dubai

Perfect Strangers, the first Arabic film by Netflix, had its premiere at the Bulgari Hotel in Dubai on 17 January prior to its global premiere on 20 January.

The Dubai premiere was attended by the film's cast and crew, including Mona Zaki, Nadine Labaki, Eyad Nassar, Adel Karam, Georges Khabbaz, Diamand Abou Abboud, and Fouad Yammine, alongside the film director Wissam Smayra.

They were joined by a production team from Front Row Film Entertainment, Film Clinic, Empire Entertainment, Yalla Yalla and executive producer Mayada Al-Haraki.

Perfect Strangers will premiere globally in 190 countries on 20 January, subtitled in 31 languages and dubbed in three languages. 

Based on an Italian hit feature, the film’s story revolves around seven close friends who gather for dinner and decide to play a game where they all place their cell phones on the dinner table, agreeing to openly share every call, text and voice message as it comes.
