Tam Gallery has launched a new website stating that it is the first and biggest online art gallery in Egypt and the Middle East.

The information on the website reveals that "with an inventory of over 7000 art pieces and a continuously expanding portfolio of over 500 contemporary Egyptian artists, TAM.Gallery is the largest multi-platform art organisation; comprising of both online and offline galleries, an exhibition space, and an exciting art events venue."

The concept for TAM.Gallery goes back to 2012 when it was launched under the name of Arts-Mart Gallery and was developed as a virtual and physical space.

In 2014, Arts-Mart launched its showroom and embarked on holding regular art fairs.

The gallery aims to "bridge the gap between the growing network of talented contemporary artists looking for a new platform to sell and promote their work, and consumers interested in experiencing and buying unique contemporary art," the website clarifies.

With its large reservoire of Egyptian contemporary art works, the gallery's new website showcases its riches, exhibitions, and artists.

In addition, special segments of the website are designed for special collections and corporate art.
