An exhibition featuring the works of a large number of artists inspired by the revolution will open today at 6pm at the Amir Taz palace.
The artists range from the well-known to young emerging artists and even children. Rabtet Fananeen el Thawra (The Revolution Artists Guild) will also be participating.
The guild was formed during the revolution in Tahrir Square before the ousting of Mubarak. Taking the space beside the KFC restaurant, they hung their work on its windows and also drew banners for protestors to hold.
The opening will be followed by a performance of the Masreyeen band at 7pm.
