Bassam Al-Zoghby, one of the most renowned photojournalists specialising in arts and culture in Egypt, will be displaying an insightful selection of his works in the upcoming exhibition titled "Freedom," in the Gezira Art Centre from 17 to 28 December.

Al-Zoghby will showcase works that play with light and movement, capturing stage performers in various venues across Egypt.

The exhibition's opening will be on Tuesday 17 December at 7pm at the Kamal Khalifa Gallery in the Gezira Art Centre.

Al-Zoghby is one of Al-Ahram's photographers and provides a large body of his work for Ahram Online.
