Oscar nominated drama Brooklyn will screen in Cairo's art-house Zawya for two weeks, starting today, and in two other cinemas: Plaza Cinema (Sheikh Zayed) and Point 90 Cinema (Fifth Settlement), for one week.
Released in November 2015 and directed by John Crowley, the film's protagonist Eilis (Saoirse Ronan) is an Irish immigrant who arrives to New York where she has a romance with Anthony "Tony" Fiorello (Emory Cohen), a young man of Italian descent.
