A documentary film on the late American street photographer Vivian Maier is due to screen at Cairo’s Magnolia on Wednesday 31 August.

“Finding Vivian Maier” centers on the late Vivian Maier, “a nanny whose previously unknown cache of 100,000 photographs earned her a posthumous reputation as one of the most accomplished street photographers,” reads the film description on IMDb.

The 2013 documentary was directed by John Maloof and Charlie Siskel and was nominated for Best Documentary at the 2015 Academy Awards.
