Fady-El Sawy, the film student, who was detained on 9 September, on the day of the storming of the Israeli Embassy, was released yesterday.
Fady was with faced seven charges, which included carrying explosives, clashing with police, disrupting peace and violating public property. Without evidence, his case has been adjourned three times.
Massive solidarity campaigns were put forth by his fellow cinema students as well as well-know filmmakers and actors.
All student detainees of 9 September have been released, while 38 are still in the military prison.
