Filmmakers Yousry Nasrallah and Magdy Ahmed Aly resign from their ministry of culture posts in protest of the brutal suppression of the Tahrir Square protests

Filmmakers Yousry Nasrallah and Magdy Ahmed Aly followed the example of Egypt's Minister of Culture Emad Abou Ghazi who resigned in protest over police's brutal attacks on Tahrir Square protesters over the last three days,

The two filmmakers have resigned from their positions on the board of directors of Egypt's National Centre of Cinema.
