Netflix’s first original Arabic series, titled 'Jinn,' will be available on the online streaming service starting 13 June.

Directed by Lebanese director Mir-Jean Bou Chaaya and written by Jordanian Oscar nominee Bassel Ghandour, the supernatural-themed show is set in Jordan.

Jinn follows a group of teenagers who summon two jinns – one good, the other evil – by accident during a visit to the ancient city of Petra.

They learn that they've also unleashed an ancient darkness that threatens the world, as they each fight for their own lives and their high school turns into a supernatural battleground.
