The competition aims to shed light on unknown archaeological sites in Egypt.
Participants are invited to create videos no longer than 90 seconds and upload it with a hashtag #RediscoverEgypt and #Luxor_African_Film_Fest.
The videos can be uploaded on Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok and Twitter.
Three creators of the videos that get the highest viewer engagement will be awarded a fully covered trip to Luxor Festival.
Submissions are open until 25 February, and the winners will be revealed on 26 February.
The 11th Luxor African Film Festival (LAFF) is scheduled to take place between 4 and 10 March 2022. The festival will screen 45 films from 35 African countries, in addition to holding workshops and visual exhibitions.
