The American star actor will be joined by the movie’s cast and crew, including director Christopher McQuarrie.
The new film used some of Abu Dhabi's locations for shooting, such as the Liwa desert and the Abu Dhabi Midfield Terminal.
This is not the first time for the Mission Impossible franchise to shoot some of the scenes in UAE. Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol featured Dubai’s Burj Khalifa among other locations in the city.
The Abu Dhabi's redcarpet will roll for Tom Cruise, McQuarrie, Hayley Atwell, Pom Klementieff and Simon Pegg on 26 June, preceeding the movie's premiere in international cinemas, including in the USA, scheduled for July.
According to the movie's brief, the action follows Ethan Hunt and his IMF team, who must track down a dangerous weapon before it falls into the wrong hands.
