The orchestra will perform Spring (La Primavera) from Vivaldi's known set of violin concertos Four Seasons and Tchaikovsky's string sextet Souvenir de Florence.
The violin soloist of the evening will be Hassan Sharara.
El Sawy's String Orchestra was formed in October 2010 with the aim of promoting classical music at El Sawy Culturewheel (El Sakia), a location that mainly offers pop and rock concerts. Through the string orchestras activities, young people gain easy access to classical music values.
