The 15-episode series hit the screens on 27 March.
Directed by Ahmed Shafik, the series features Mohamed Emam, Majdi Kamel, Hisham Ismail, Mohamed Osama, Alaa Morsy, and Donia Maher.
The music video, the series' promotional song titled Al-Fan, features Kozbara (Corriander in Arabic) as he interacts with the cast and crew of the series in a variety of shooting locations.
The music video was released on YouTube and Kozbara's social media platforms.
Ahmed Khaled - known as Kozbara - is among the leading singers of Mahraganat, a popular music genre in Egypt that originated in the mid-2000s.
While the genre went through its highs and lows, facing opposition from the Music Syndicate in recognizing Mahraganat singers, the representatives of this music managed to gain the hearts of a large segment of the Egyptian population, extending their popularity to the region.
Kozbara made his entry into the film sector rather recently. He played in El Harifa (The Professionals) film, released earlier this year. It also featured Nour El Nabawy, Ahmed Ghozzi, Selim El-Turk, Khaled El-Zahaby, Nour Ehab, and stand-up comedian Abdel Rahman Mohamed, among others.
Cobra's plot focuses on the owner of a car repair shop going through numerous struggles. The series stars Mohamed Emam as Cobra, the shop owner.
Events of the series take place across several locations in Cairo, including the underprivileged quarters, as well as across the villages, and fields, hence showcasing numerous rural and abundant nature areas.
The series airs on MBC channels.
