Both songs were released on YouTube, and several music streaming platforms.
El-Ta'ama was released last Thursday, while Tetehabi on Saturday.
Tetehabi is still making it's way to top of the charts, however El-Ta'ama scored 280,000 views on YouTube, placing it as "#5 on Trending for music," just two days after its release on 13 June.
The song El-Ta'ama is penned by Tamer Hussien to the music by Aziz El Shafey. The music arrangement is by Ahmed Ibrahim.
Tetehabi is composed and arranged by Mohamed Yehia to the lyrics by Tamer Hussien.
Both singles come after Diab's latest album Makanak (Your Place) which was released in December 2023.
The 12-track album includes songs such as Salamak w Sally (Peace and Pray), Ma Arafsh Had b'Esm Dah (I Don't Know Anyone With That Name), Zabat Moudha (Adjust her Mood), Wakhdeen Rahethom (They Are at Their Leisure), among others.
They top dozens of hits that Diab released during the decades-long career, with many beloved songs such as Ya Ana Ya Laa (Me or None), Bahebo (I Love Him), Da Law Etsab (If He’s Abandoned), Enta El-Hazz (You’re My Luck), and Amarain (Two Moons), etc.
