About Lovers, a musical by independent theatre director Hany Afifi who recently presented I am Now Dead at Falaki Theatre, will be performed from 24-28 August in the historical site of the Amir Taz Palace..

The performance, previously shown in Ramadan 2014 and November 2013, is based on The Ring of the Dove, the renowned treatise on love by Andalusian writer Ibn Hazm.

The House of Arab Oud will perform selections of Om Kolthoum music to accompany the performance.
