On Saturday, 22 October, Cairo’s Rawabet Theatre will hold discussions about Egyptian revolutionary graffiti followed by a screening of the film "Wholetrain" (89min), directed by Florian Gaag.

The evening will also feature talks by Don 'Stone' Karl, who will discuss his book on Arabic graffiti, and designer/street artist Mohamed Gaber, who will deliver a lecture on the revolutionary importance of street art.

The evening will wrap up with a screening of the movie "Wholetrain," the story of four writers who explore the values, hierarchies and ethical codes of the contemporary graffiti scene. Night after night, the four roam the city’s subway stations, which they bedeck with their trademark symbols and images. Subtitles in English.
