Arab Fund for Arts and Culture arrives in Cairo to discuss grants, new projects

 

The Arab Fund for Arts and Culture will meet with artists in Cairo this week to discuss grants to artists and the express and crossroads projects. Attendees are welcome to raise enquiries about grants and application strategies.

The meeting will be attended by AFAC representatives, including Racha Salah, grants manager; Zeina Zahreddine, AFAC crossroads project manager and Racha Najdi, AFAC express project officer.

Headquartered in Beirut, the Arab Fund for Arts and Culture (AFAC) is an independent Arab initiative providing funds and grants to organisations and individuals working in the fields of arts and literature, facilitating cultural exchanges across the Arab region. 

Programme:

Monday 13 February at 4pm at the Headquarters of theArab Digital Expression Foundation, 4 Al-Ahram Street Upper Plateau, Mokattam.

Tuesday 14 February at 5pm, at Rawabet Theatre, 2 Hussein El-Me'mar Street off Mahmoud Bassiouni Street beside Townhouse Gallery.
