The festival will start with activities in Port Said on 31 January and 1 February, presenting chosen plays and workshops in Misr Public Library.
The main segment of the festival will take place in Cairo, between 1 and 9 February, with performances, masterclasses, and workshops presented in Falaki Theatre, Hanager Theatre, the Italian Institute, and the Goethe Institut-Kairo.
The activities will reach Ismailia on 8 and 9 February where the performances will take place in Misr Public Library.
The performances include shows such as Jean de La Fontaine's timeless tales with live sand illustrations and music; The Weird Weather Show which includes experiments and displays, igniting curiosity about the supernatural; Through the Eyes of a Dreamer, a theatre show the fantastical dreams come to life through immersive improvisation and live music; The Peppercorns and the Secret of the Deep Sea, a feature film directed by Christian Theede; It's Hot, It's Not, a theatrical performance by the UK's company, Reckless Sleepers; among other activities.
