“We are happy to announce our next concert at the small theatre, Cairo Opera House on Friday 18 March. This performance will be featuring special musician guests, and we are so looking forward to sharing the stage with them,” Eswed W Abyad said on their social media accounts.

Accompanied by Syncope Chamber Orchestra, led by renowned conductor George Kolta, the duo will perform some of the originals from their first album ‘One Way Trip’, released in August 2019, as well as new compositions and traditional covers.

From their debut album, Eswed W Abyad will perform tracks like ‘Perfect Circle’, ‘Nazra’, ‘Accepting the Worst’, ‘Baghdad’, ‘Timeline’ and others, in addition to their covers of Gene de Paul’s ‘You Don’t Know What Love Is’ and Fairouz’s ‘Sahar’.

The concert will feature a number of guest performers, including movie star Hany Adel, the lead singer and co-founder of Wust El-Balad band, as well as singer Rana Haggag, bassist Karim Hossam, percussionist Azeema, drummer Miguel Merino, and guitarist Andrew Maher.

“Everything about this concert is a new experience for us. We are looking forward to pleasing you,” Wael El-Sayed told Ahram Online on Monday, inviting fans to attend the anticipated events.

The concert will be sound engineered by Taher Saleh, while the visual art effects are designed by Arsane Ebaid.

Wael El-Sayed and Faisal Fouad are among the most active Egyptian musicians, each performing and recording with many of the most famous alternative and pop bands and singers like Angham, Wust El-Balad, Dina El-Wedidi, Black and White and many others.
