The Complex of Arts
“Egypt’s Voice” exhibition showcases the works of 25 Egyptian artists from different generations, influenced by the voice of the Umm Kolthoum, who created works of art that spanned photography and sculpture. It also explores the life of Umm Kolthoum through Egyptian journalism spanning nearly 100 years, and includes original newspaper and magazine pages from throughout her artistic career. In collaboration with the Fine Arts Sector and the Cultural Development Fund, the exhibition showcases many of Umm Kolthoum's belongings from her museum in El Manial (18 August- 15 November).

“Soknopaiou Nesos – The Temple of Sobek and Isis Nepherses” the exhibition highlights more than two decades of excavations at Soknopaiou Nesos, held by the University of Salento (Italy), focusing on the sacred precinct of the temple of Soknopaios, a crocodile-like god with a falcon’s head. Visitors will discover how the temple functioned through a selection of artifacts that reveal aspects of religion, rituals, festivals, and priestly life. Newly excavated objects are displayed alongside pieces from the Graeco-Roman Museum in Alexandria and the Egyptian Museum in Cairo (29 October- until January 2026).

AUC Legacy Gallery and Future Gallery

Hall of Fame, the main entrance of BA
“Egyptian Echoes: Sphinxes in Croatia” exhibition of photos is held in cooperation with the Embassy of Croatia in Cairo. The exhibition is organized to commemorate the establishment of bilateral diplomatic relations between Egypt and Croatia in 1992.
It aims to highlight the long-standing cultural dialogue between the two countries by tracing the legacy of ancient Egyptian symbols in Croatia (3-13 November).
