Thurs 26, 1-2pm: “Community Support Session 2: Psychological Guidance in Light of Recent Events” join a Psychological First Aid hour hosted by the Center for Student Wellbeing and the Psychological Services and Training Centre and the Psychology Association. This event aims to provide support to those affected by the recent ongoing tragic events in the region. Its goal is to promote safety, stabilize survivors and connect individuals to help and resources. This session is not therapy but rather an initial response to assess immediate concerns and needs.
