The Cairo Puppet Theatre

Wa Hona Alqahira (And Here is Cairo) theatrical performance is shown for the first time by the Dangerous Theatre Company, written and directed by Rasha El-Gammal. The show is based on six short and different plays that are slices of life and take place on the land of the capital. El-Gammal discusses sensitive societal issues in an innovative artistic way that aims to break and frustrate all taboos that hinder the human realization of his dreams and aspirations and suppress his freedoms (8, 9, 10 and 11, 8pm).

Main Theatre
Aalet Alfaare (the family of the unlucky guy) play is produced by the Comedy Theatre Company. It casts Mohamed Alsawy, Fatema Alkashef, Nehad Said, Ahmed Shams and many more. Décor by Mohamed Hashem, lighting by Ezz Helmy, music composed by Ahmed Alnasser. It is written by Ahmed Almalwany and directed by Mohamed Metwali (Performances run on Thursdays and Fridays, 8pm).
Small Theatre
Afrah Alqoba, play produced by the Youth Theatre Company is based on Naguib Mahfouz novel bearing the same name. It casts Mohamed Youssef, Samar Allam, Fatema Adel, Mena Nabil and many more. Décor and lighting by Amr Al-Ashraf, costumes designed by Abeer Badrawi, movement designs by Monadel Antar. It is written and directed by Mohamed Youssef Almansour

The International Park
Madinet Nasr District
The Qarameet Fields and The King of Winter plays are performed by Al-Shams Theatre Company for talents with special abilities and starring Amr Adel, Madonna, Seif, Shaimaa Abu-Bakr. It’s written by Mohamed Nassef and directed by Youssef Abu-Zeid
(Performances run on Sundays, Thursdays, and Fridays, 8pm).
Metropol (The Children’s National) Theatre

Recycle, an improvisation show tackles the idea of the possibility of recycling the expired man to restore humanity through a group of sketches about social issues like marriage, education, and sexual harassment. It’s directed by Mohamed El-Sagheir with Ahmed Raouf’s music, Monadel Antar’s choreography and Abeer El-Badrawy’s styling (Performances run on Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays, 7pm).
