Italian Cultural Institute

Sun 25, 7pm (Online): To celebrate Italy’s Liberation Day on 25 April, the institute offers a special jazz concert through its YouTube channel. Roberto Gatto, famous Italian drummer who has collaborated with the greatest jazz players in the world, will play together with Alfonso Santimone and Pierpaolo Ranieri in a perfect trio under the banner of jazz as the music of freedom.

The collaboration with Makan - Egyptian Centre for Culture and Arts continues online from March until May 2021. Egyptian musicians will virtually meet Italian counterparts to create synergies in the field of traditional and folk music.

On the occasion of the 120th anniversary of the death of Giuseppe Verdi, a concert for cello, accordion and string orchestra is presented online by the Nuova Consonanza Association.
