Sat 5, 8pm: Arab Perspectives Festival features the Cairo Symphony Orchestra in a concert conducted by maestro Mohamed Saad Basha performing works for full orchestra by composers: Alaa Eddin Mustafa, Qoutayba Al-Neaimi, Sabry Hmida, Haitham Sokkarya, Amr Okba, from Egypt, Jordan and Iraq, accompanied by soprano Julie Gebhart.

Tues 8, 8pm (free entrance): Catchy instrumental crossover pop meets classical mezzo-soprano vocals. The Austrian Cultural Forum and the Italian Cultural Institute present cross-cultural concerts by the Austrian-Italian band KIANN and the Egyptian mezzo-soprano Jolie Faizy. A project in cooperation with the Italian Cultural Institute, the Cairo Opera and the Jesuit Cultural Centre. The concert features Kiann (Piano), Ana Percevic (Cello), Jovana Raljic (Violin), and Jolie Faizy (Mezzo-Soprano).
