Thurs 24, 8.30pm: The closing ceremony of the The 32nd Arab Music Festival and Conference features violinist Mustafa Dagher in a solo recital, oud recital by Islam El-Qasabgy, and singer Maye Farouk in a concert, conducted by maestro Tamer Faizy

Fri 25, 8pm: “Japan - Egypt: Together for Deeper Bonds and a Bright Future” concert features Masashi Tomosugi (Bass Baritone)

Takaki Kurihara (Baritone), Tadashi Suenaga (Piano), Reda El- Wakil (Bass Baritone), Amr Medhat (Tenor), and 

Yasser Elserafi (Violin). The repertoire will include Italian opera pieces to Japanese traditional music, as well as Arab music such as Make way for the factotum by Rossini from “The Barber of Seville”, Toreador song by Bizet from “Carmen”, and A furtive tear, by Donizetti from “L'elisir d'amore”. 

Thurs 31, 8.30pm: The Cairo Opera Company presents Puccini's centennial celebration featuring pianist Greig Martin.

Thurs 24, 8pm: Creatrix is a poetic oeuvre born from the collaboration between dancer and visual artist Mona El-Husseini and her mother, Hala Farahat. Together, they explore how stories are shared, transmitted, and told through the body, weaving a link between generations. This enchanting duo combines improvisation, gestural interpretation, abstraction of Egyptian Baladi dance and the art of storytelling.
