14:45 Egyptian sync swimming duet, Laila Ali and Hanna Hiekal, finished the first round of the preliminary round of the Duets Free Routine event in the 20th place out of 22 with total points of 78.9000.
They will wait for the result of the second round event which will be played on Tuesday to determine their situation from the qualifying to the final round as only top 12 teams in the two rounds reach the finals.

10:35 In diving, Mohab Ishak El-Kordi reached the Men's 3m springboard semis after ending the preliminary round in the 12th place. The top 18 divers qualify for the semifinals.
