Egyptian diver Mohab Ishak El-Kordi booked his place in the Men's 3m springboard semis after finishing the preliminary round in the 12th place as the top 18 divers qualify for the semifinals.

The 24-year-old, El-Kordi finished the overall ranking of the preliminary round in the 12 place out of 29 divers with 422.75 after six attempts.

El-Kordi collected 77.5 points from the first attempt as he finished in the 4th place, then he finished the second round in the 5th place with 143.8 points.

In the third round, El-Kordi finished in the 6th place with 223 points before finishing the the 4th round in the 10th place with 277.25 points. He finished the 5th round in the 12th place with 346.25 points before finishing the race in the 6th round, collecting 422.75 points.

The Egyptian diver will compete in the semifinals of Men's 3m springboard on Tuesday with participation of 18 divers as the top 12 divers will qualify for the final.
