He is one of six goalkeepers to have kept clean sheets in two group-stage matches.

Cameroon striker Vincent Aboubakar was chosen as the best player after netting five goals in three matches to top the tournament's scoring chart.

Guinea's 19-year-old midfielder Ilaix Moriba was named as the best young player.

Egypt, who finished second in their group with six points, three behind leaders Nigeria, take on the Ivory Coast in a mouthwatering last-16 clash on Wednesday.
