"Who is organizing the deadly chaos and who benefits from it today, in my opinion, has already become obvious... It is the current ruling elites of the US and their satellites who are the main beneficiaries of world instability," Putin said in televised comments.
Putin called the Israeli war on Gaza a “collective punishment” of civilians that is “absolutely not justifiable.”
He reiterated Russia’s position on the war in Gaza, which calls for the establishment of an independent Palestinian state as a basis for peace.
Israel has killed over 8,300 Palestinians in Gaza, including 3,457 children, and wounded more than 21,000. Palestinian Ministry of Health reports and international organizations say that the majority of those killed and wounded are women and children.
