According to IRNA, Khamenei praised the patience and endurance of the people of Gaza and emphasised Iran’s policy in supporting the Palestinians in the war.

Khamenei urged Islamic countries and international organisations to take serious actions in support of Gaza’s people.

Haniyeh came to Tehran a few days ago where he met with Ayatollah Khamenei, according to IRNA citing Osama Hamdan, Hamas' top representative in Lebanon.

Hamdan said that the Palestinians are proud of the supports from their brothers in the axis of resistance.

In a televised statement on Wednesday, Haniyeh expressed the group's willingness to engage in political negotiations under certain conditions.

He stated that Hamas is open to any political negotiations, but only if the ongoing fighting ceases, humanitarian corridors are opened, and aid is allowed to enter Gaza.

The Hamas leader also praised the support provided by resistance movements in Yemen, Iraq, Syria, and Lebanon, emphasising their assistance to Palestinian factions in their struggle.
