One of those who were killed, a 22-year-old boy, sustained critical injuries from Israeli fire in an army raid on the Aqabat Jaber refugee camp, located south of Jericho, according to medical sources.
He was pronounced dead a short time later, sources added.
The other death came after a 27-year-old man succumbed to wounds from an Israeli drone strike earlier this month in Tulkarm, north of the occupied West Bank, according to medical sources.
WAFA added that at least six Palestinians were killed during the Tulkarm incursion in early November.
Meanwhile, Israeli forces set up temporary checkpoints in the occupied West Bank on Friday impeding movement on roads connecting the village of Yanoun and the town of Aqrab.
At the checkpoints, Israeli forces physically assaulted Palestinian civilians and subsequently arrested five others while seizing their vehicles.
Elsewhere, Israeli forces prevented local Palestinian farmers from harvesting olives in their own lands west of Yanoun village and forced Palestinians to leave the area.
Over seven weeks, Israel's war on Gaza has killed some 15,000 Palestinians, many of them women and children, according to the health ministry in Gaza.
The truce that came into effect this morning includes a four-day ceasefire in the war-torn strip and an exchange of captives and prisoners between Hamas and Israel.
