Dozens of Palestinians were killed and injured on Monday due to Israeli bombing that targeted various areas in the centre and south of the Gaza Strip, as the Israeli aggression against Gaza enters its 199th day, WAFA reported.

An Israeli artillery shelling targeted the east of Al-Maghazi camp in the central Gaza Strip as an Israeli raid hit the southeastern area of Khan Younis in the south of the strip, according to WAFA.

Several citizens were killed and others injured in strikes at Al-Taqwa Mosque in Bureij Camp, the vicinity of Al-Sawarha cemetery in Nuseirat camp, and the entrance to the Bureij Camp, all in central Gaza.

The death toll of Israeli strikes on two homes in Rafah has reached 26, including 16 children and 6 women, health sources reported.

The health ministry said Monday that around 34,151 people were killed, including at least 54 in the past 24 hours, and 77,084 were wounded in Gaza since Israel started its genocidal war on the strip.

Bakeries back to life

The World Food Programme (WFP) said on social media that it has successfully delivered fuel and wheat flour to bakeries in northern Gaza so that they can resume production after 170 days without bread.

"Four bakeries are now up and running and WFP is urgently working to deliver more supplies," the UN food organization said on X.

International aid agencies have repeatedly warned that the population in Gaza is facing chronic food insecurity and that famine is imminent without a pause in fighting to deliver more humanitarian aid.
