21 Palestinians killed in Israeli bombing in Gaza, Rafah: WAFA

21 Palestinian civilians, including children and women, were killed on Tuesday dawn as the occupation forces bombed various areas in the Gaza Strip, the majority of whom are from the city of Rafah, WAFA agency said.

Medical sources at Kuwait Specialized Hospital in Rafah said 20 people were killed and dozens were injured.

Rescue crews, ambulances, and citizens recovered the bodies of four people, including two women, while 18 others were injured in an Israeli bombing of a house owned by the Al-Darbi family in the Tal Al-Sultan neighbourhood, west of Rafah.

The crews could also retrieve the bodies of three people from under the rubble of the Abu Amra family’s house, and four others from the Al-Hams family in the Al-Jeneina neighborhood to the east.

Another bombing of a house owned by Al-Shamali and Abdel-Al families has killed four other people.

The same sources explained that several people were injured due to Israeli warplanes targeting a house owned by the Al-Afifi family in Tal Al-Sultan neighbourhood, west of the city of Rafah.

The occupation aircraft launched airstrikes targeting the Abu Halawa area, east of Rafah, in addition to artillery shelling and firing at citizens’ homes in the eastern regions of Rafah.

In Gaza City, a citizen was killed, and others were injured, when occupation aircraft bombed a school sheltering displaced people in the Beach Camp, west of Gaza.

The Israeli artillery also bombed various areas in Gaza City, especially the neighbourhoods of Al-Zaytoun, Tal Al-Hawa, Sheikh Ajlin, and Al-Sabra.

In the northern Gaza Strip, occupation aircraft bombed a house in the Al-Atatra area in the city of Beit Lahia.

Their aircraft also targeted the eastern areas of Beit Hanoun and Jabalia towns in the northern Gaza Strip.

Since 7 October, Israel has killed 34,735 citizens, mostly children and women, and injured 78,108 others, while thousands of victims are still under the rubble.
